A generous three bedroom apartment, located just one street from Westmead Hospitals, directly across from Parramatta Park.

The Park Avenue property is well set up with plenty of accommodation for a family. It has three bedroms, a separate kitchen, a well lit lounge with private balcony, and secure undercover parking. Everything needed to make a home away from home is provided in this comfortable residence.

The apartment is part of a small group, entered from a side street off Park Avenue. The secure car space is located on the ground level, and the accommodation is on a single level, directly above the garage. We regret that there is no lift, so the residence is not suitable for people unable to negotiate any stairs. There is only a single flight of stairs, and no further steps within the apartment. Parramatta Park, with its playgound, picnic area, and walks, is just over the road, giving plenty of opportunity for exercise, playing or relaxing. 

The bedrooms have built in robes, and there is a washing machine in the laundry. The living area contains two generous couches for relaxing or watching television, and has direct access to a private balcony, as does the one of the bedrooms.

We provide a regular linen and cleaning service, so all bedding and towels are replaced weekly (or monthly, if preferred), and the property is kept to a high standard at all times.

Park Avenue is ideally located in a beautiful, quiet location, yet is just one block from the Westmead Hospital precinct, including the Emergency Department, Specialist Centre and Children's Hospital. It is also convenient for the Cumberland Hospital. There are numerous shopping areas nearby, including a large Westfield shopping centre at Parramatta, and convenient public transport links at the end of the street.
