This three bedroom, stand-alone house is only a few years old and impeccably presented. It is located just outside of Adelaide city, but is in easy reach of the Royal Adelaide Hospital, St Andrews Hospital and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Located at the back of a small group, the stand alone house is accessed by a private driveway, providing privacy and security. It is tiled throughout the common areas, with quality carpeting in the bedrooms. The open-plan living-dining-kitchen area is a wonderful, open space with plenty of room for the whole family to gather and either enjoy time together or pursue their own projects.
The three bedrooms have built in robes, and the master bedroom also has a good sized ensuite. The master bedroom is a generous size and contains a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed. The family bathroom has a shower and a separate bath. The laundry is compact but well equipped, and it and the living area lead to the small courtyard and private garden.
We provide a weekly linen and cleaning service, so the only thing clients need to provide is food and consumables.
Please note: due to the secluded location of the property there is very little traffic noise. However, the property is located in a flight path and there is regular noise disruption from planes overhead. This is minimal within the house, but may be distressing for anyone with noise sensitivity.
The Mile End residence is located a short drive from the city, and it's less than an hour's walk to the Central Market for those who want to enjoy the walk through the parklands. The Hilton Shopping Centre is less than five minutes' walk away, and has a supermarket, pharmacy, and other shops. Three major hospitals are located within approximately a quarter hour drive - the Royal Adelaide Hospital and St Andrews Hospital in Adelaide itself, and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital a little further out. Although located further away, Flinders Hospital is also easily accessible down South Road.
