Pearce

A spacious three bedroom unit, with multiple living areas and a two car, lock-up garage.

Our unit in Pearce is well apportioned, with three living areas including the living room, dining area and a family area located between the three bedrooms.

The bedrooms are also well designed, with the two larger ones including large built-in robes, and the queen bedroom also having a pleasant and light filled en-suite. The double room and the twin room are located at the front of the unit, and all the bedrooms have large windows, which slide open to let in plenty of fresh air. The family lavatory is separate from the family bathroom, which is convenient when there are multiple guests, and the bathroom also has a large skylight, making it well lit during the day.

The separate laundry opens off the dining area, just inside the back door, and there is a large private patio (with washing line) out the back for your relaxation. Stairs (with a child-proof gate at the top) lead down from the patio to the double garage below, which provides plenty of space for your car and/or storage during your stay. The kitchen, while compact, is well arranged and supplied, with plenty of cupboards and a gas stove.

The unit is located in a large but quiet complex of semi-detached units, and is adjacent to a popular oval, with a small playground attached. A group of shops, including a small supermarket and several restaurants, are within walking distance, and there is an extensive shopping district in nearby Woden.

The Pearce unit is located a convenient distance from both the Canberra Hospital and the National Capital Private Hospital, being around 3.5km and between 5-10 minutes drive away. Regrettably, there is no direct public transport from nearby the accommodation to the hospitals, but with a single change of buses, there is public transport available that will require walking of no more than a couple of hundred metres at either end of the journey.
