Moonee Ponds

A ground floor, two bedroom apartment, on a well gardened block, just metres to nearby shops...

Our Moonee Ponds apartment is located in a quiet and tranquil block, with a range of trees and grassed areas. There are two bedrooms, one set up as a double, and the other as a twin. Both have built-in wardrobes.

The bathroom contains a shower over a bathtub, and a vanity unit; the toilet is separate. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The living area has plenty of space, and is located next to the dine-in kitchen. There is an airconditioner servicing these two rooms for your comfort. A small, private balcony is accessed from the living room, with a table and chairs giving you the opportunity to rest and enjoy the space..

We provide a weekly linen and cleaning service, so the only thing you need to provide is food. The location is ideal for shopping - dIrectly across the road is access to the nearby shopping centre, with a supermarket and a range of specialty stores all within easy walking distance. Despite this, the location is quiet and restful, with limited traffic.

The Moonee Ponds apartment is located convenient to the Royal Melbourne, Royal Childrens and Royal Womens Hospitals, which are a short drive away by car, heading in via nearby Mt Alexander/Flemington Road. Public transport is also conveniently located - a tram runs directly from the Moonee Valley Civic Centre stop 34, which is just a short walk away, straight to the Royal Melbourne Hospital stop number 14.

For patients who qualify for VPTAS (or equivalent) there are no out of pocket costs for the accommodation. For more information, or to make a booking, please contact us on the details below. You can download our booking forms here.
